What is the acoustic rating of a SmartPod? Our pods are engineered for high-performance sound isolation. Most models feature an acoustic rating of approximately 30dB+, effectively reducing ambient office noise to a whisper. This makes them ideal for confidential HR meetings, focused deep work, and loud video calls.
Do the pods get hot or stuffy inside? No. Every SmartPod comes equipped with a silent, motion-activated ventilation system. The fans replace the air inside the pod every 1–2 minutes, ensuring a fresh and cool environment even during long meetings.
Are SmartPods truly soundproof? In the industry, "soundproof" refers to significant sound reduction. While no portable pod is 100% silent, a SmartPod ensures that conversations inside cannot be understood by those outside, providing total speech privacy in a busy open-office environment.
2. Installation & Power
What kind of electrical setup do I need? SmartPods are "Plug and Play." They operate on a standard 120V outlet. You simply plug the provided power cord into any regular wall socket, and the integrated lighting, ventilation, and power outlets are ready to use. No special electrician or hardwiring is required.
How long does installation take? Installation is fast and non-disruptive. A SoloPod typically takes 1–2 hours to assemble, while a DuoPod or QuadPod can be completed in 3–4 hours. We provide clear instructions, or you can utilize our professional nationwide installation team.
Can I move the pod once it is installed? Yes. Unlike permanent drywall construction, SmartPods are freestanding and modular. They can be disassembled and reassembled if you move offices, or even moved across the floor (depending on the model's footprint).

What is the current lead time for a SmartPod? Our standard lead time is currently 7-10 Days. Because we manage our own manufacturing and logistics, we often beat the industry average. Please contact us for a real-time estimate based on your specific location.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes. Every SmartPod comes with a 3-year warranty covering the structural frame, acoustic panels, and electrical components. We build our pods with industrial-grade steel and aluminum to ensure they last for years.
Can the interior be customized? We offer a variety of exterior finishes and interior acoustic felt colors to match your brand. Custom furniture options, like height-adjustable desks or specialized seating, are also available upon request.
